What were the client requirements
The client wanted the Contact Us form to collect more detailed information from visitors, especially related to event bookings. They needed extra fields added so inquiries could be handled more accurately.
What I completed
I added two new fields to the Contact Us form: Preferred Event Date and Your Event Details / Requirements.
