What were the client requirements
The client wanted the Contact Us form to better categorize inquiries, allowing them to manage different types of service requests more efficiently.
What I completed
I added a new field “Preferred Service / Inquiry Type” to the Contact Us form and included the relevant types/options for users to select from.
